Information on Article Submissions

Authors should hold a doctoral degree or are currently a student in an accredited doctoral program.

Articles can be on any subject related to the Wesleys or Methodism in the 18th century.

Maximum word count is 7,000 words, including endnotes.

Articles are reviewed before being accepted.

Include an abstract of 100 words or less summarizing the subject matter of the article.

Format instructions:
Articles should be in Microsoft Word.
After the title, list author’s name and the date when the article was written.
Include an abstract.
Use Times New Roman 12 point font, 10 point for endnotes.
Line spacing at 1.5.
Indent block quotations (quotes more than 4-5 lines in length).
Section titles in bold, subsection titles in italics.
Keep paragraphs within reasonable lengths.
